Parking in Mooloolaba.  No further delays to Brisbane Road car park and overall parking management plan for Mooloolaba including limited parking and paid parking.

Reduce major sporting events such as triathlons. I doubt it benefits many apart from accommodation providers

Slow development on the coastal strip. We can build all the roads we like but the result will always be ugly congestion when large numbers try to squeeze into a narrow area

Retain Mooloolaba Caravan Park. It is an icon.

Double Lanes for Kawana Way all the way through from Sunshine Motorway to new hospital!!

The beach immediately in front of Alexandra Headland (between the rocks) should be an off-leash beach for dogs after 5pm and before 9am.  Currently there are no off-leash beaches between Mudjimba North Shore and Point Cartwright so dog owners have to drive to take their dogs to an off-leash area.  The beach immediately in front of the headland is not safe for bathers due to rocks and it is unpatrolled.  Dog walkers are there late evening and early morning.  It is a confined area and dogs should be allowed to off leash when the beach during this time when it is not busy.

The development of the old shops across from the Mooloolaba Surf Club needs to proceed. A public car park underground is an idea well worth pursuing.

The completion of the beautification of the foreshore areas in Mooloolaba is well overdue. Cotton Tree Park is a great example of what can be achieved. I agree with the closure of the beachfront caravan park provided something worthwhile is done with the area.

Sugar Road - such a busy road and one I think needs some management. It can be difficult to access the many businesses that front both sides of Sugar Road, and also to get out back onto Sugar Road. This is a major feed road on the coast and I feel is unsafe in its current form.

From a regional perspective, I believe that the delivery of the new airport runway is critical. The benefits for the whole Sunshine Coast would be immense. Of course, Mooloolaba would also benefit from increased access to domestic and international travel.

Advertising Mooloolaba. We are part of the Sunshine Coast. It just doesn't consist of Noosa!
Mooloolaba Caravan Park - demolish this and open the area with facilities that are really fantastic for everyone to enjoy and modernise the toilets - in fact open these as soon as possible as toilets at that end are needed also. Look at options of using school land - a select area for Motorhomes during peak times.
Mooloolaba foreshore
Mooloolaba caravan park. Multi purpose park which can include many different types of events. Need a good entertainment area for teens families for community activities in Mooloolaba and outdoor bands and events can be held in the park and when ships come in for tourism they can be also entertained or wish to just sit and eat in the park that's for multi purpose area including entertainment and afternoon lay abouts. dont waste it with only one use.
Pretty up the Mooloolaba foreshore, perhaps change the way of parking at the moment. But leave the site for caravans etc
In Mooloolaba I support the redevelopment of the caravan park into a public recreation area that locals can also enjoy. It is used by a few privileged visitors in peak times who have booked it through their family for decades.
The CBD what's going on the sign says beginning mid 2015. Council should really be moving faster on this.
Leave the beach caravan park alone Save the money and spend it on the Wharf.
More cafes between Alex and Mooloolaba
Parking situation at Mooloolaba.
Mooloolaba Esplanade
I dont like seeing yet another caravan site going.

Mooloolaba is needing a revamp, to attract more people.
Not enough parking spaces in Mooloolaba
Getting rid of Mooloolaba foreshore caravan park
More parking in Mooloolaba
Toliet block and nipper facilities at Kawana Surf club need to be a priority.
Slowing down of traffic along Alex Parade.
Roads - Kawana Way - needs two lanes all the way on each side. Our road infrastructure around CBD has not kept up with development. Maroochy Boulevard banks up so quickly, and Dalton Drive is just not wide enough - and then there is that sharp bend! So roads need widening extra carparking in Maroochydore CBD and also Mooloolaba.
Artificial reefs along the Alex / Maroochy beachs (to help battle sand erosion)
Mooloolaba Caravan Park
Multi-storey carpark (free) at Mooloolaba.

A down to earth and business-like approach to making the most of our opportunities
